Pure deliciousness and they don't have to be because they have no competition here in the Catskill mountains. Surprisingly, one of the most delicious soft and hard serve ice cream Marie's I've ever been to

Love love love Cherries!! Ice cream is delicious, especially the Jane's option (super local, super creamy and perfect). Lots of flavors and toppings. Insanely large portions which is two extra thumbs up for me. The medium is literally an 8 oz glass of ice cream.
I do wish they had more fat-free or low-fat fro yo options, as they usually have only have one or two, usually a PB option and a black cherry/strawberry/ fruity option of the likes.
It's always always crowded in the evenings but the line moves so fast and service is great. -

Like the others say, they have great ice cream served up in large portions with a menu of creative Sundaes to boot. But for my money the best thing about Cherries are the fries, probably the best you're going to find anywhere. Friendly helpful staff, quick service, and you can call ahead from your car when you're 10 minutes out and the order will be waiting for you when you pull up.

I just stopped at Cherries for the first time and can't wait to go back! As weekenders we pass Cherries on the way to and from the Hudson Valley. The building is slightly offset from the road and unassuming. The parking lot is always full and now I know why. They offer a wide selection of yummy sundaes as well as a variety Jane's and local small batch creamery hard flavors. Service is with a smile and scoops are plentiful.

You have got to stop here if you're in the area. Tons of different flavors of ice cream and excellent soft serve. Great customer service and a really beautiful location with indoor and outdoor seating.
